We went to Ames High in Ames, Iowa together. Jim was six months older than me. You were the Class of 1965 and I was the Class of 1966. Fond memories of you. I was shocked and saddened to learn of you death.

Dear PFC James Lasche, Thank you for your service as an Infantryman with the 1st Cavalry. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. For many of us, we have begun Lent. The time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage, guidance and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

We used to sit on the berm behind the parking lot and eat rotisserie chickens. You would bank and run your car around that same berm in the winter. You were a madman as were the other guys that worked there. Good Times
