marks the day that Lt. Lannom lost his life while navigating for my dad who was piloting the A6 that day. I am filled with emotion for the Lannom family and hope this will lead to the recovery of my dad's remains in the near future.

Lt. Lannom, the news said you were found. I hope this gives relief for your family and friends, and fellow military comrades. You gave all, so young and courageous. May your life and sacrifice be an example for all to follow. Thank you for your ultimate sacrifice in a terrible war. My prayers are for your loved ones, hope to see you in Heaven one day.
