Capt. Michael Bosiljevac

Hello, I found Michaels POW bracelet in the home we purchased a few years ago. The person lving here prior passed. I would love to return this to his family.
My father was Chief Master Sargent SAC Headquarters. He was the first Non-Commisioned officer inducted. My father passed in 2002. I have most of his military records and metals. I wish I had his tags. I am truley sorry for your loss. There are no mistakes. I was meant to find it and return it to someone in the family. . Please contact me via e-mail. I live in Omaha NE. Douglas County [email protected] Hope to hear from someone soon

Memories of learning about your story

I interviewed Kay as a college intern working for the Omaha Sun Newspapers in 1979. I was deeply moved by her passion to fight on your behalf and for all POWs and MIAs. I have never forgotten seeing your photographs in her home and noting how much your son looks like you. During the interview, your children came home from school and I was so saddened for all they have missed with their father. I worked in the media for many years and, to this day, no interview ever moved me or stayed with me like the one about Kay's journey to bring you home. I pray for Kay and your children and, although I never met you, I did look for your name on the Wall when I visited. RIP sir.
