I am grateful

I never knew James, but I was lucky to know his family. A more caring, kind and loving family couldn’t be found anywhere. His Mother tutored me in middle school and his Father mentored me in my career and was someone I highly respected and admired. His accomplishments rose to the top of his profession. Their love and sorrow for James never faltered. I will be forevermore thankful for my freedoms because of his and so many others sacrifice. Thank you and may you Rest In Peace!

do not stand at my grave and weep

Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there; I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow,
I am the sun on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there; I did not die.

As long as you are remembered you will always be with us....
