High school classmate
I went to high school with Johnny. Went out of state after graduation and didn’t know he had joined the Marine Corps. I joined sometime after he did. He arrived in Viet Nam before me. I arrived on Feb 1 1968 and he died on March 8 1968. Terrible loss but he will long be remembered, his name on the wall will be part of a lasting legacy.

Thank You
Dear Cpl Johnny Junkins, Thank you for your service as an Assault Amphibious Vehicle Crewman. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Halloween is in 3 days. The time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

Comrade in Arms
Johnny I remember you fondly as a squared away Marine in boot camp, Parris Island Platoon 3073. You were a dedicated Marine, husband and American patriot. My heart aches when I think of your loss and the many young Americans that took their last breath in a far off land during war.
