Rest in Peace Brother

Maj Jourdenais,
I have worn your bracelet every day since May of 1994 when I was commissioned as a 2Lt into the USAF. I now fly with the Alaska Air National Guard. Your spirit is still with us, as your bracelet has flown and continues to fly in both peacetime and combat. Eternal thanks to you, your family and loved ones. Thank you for your ultimate sacrifice. May this great country of ours never forget what you and your generation have done in the name of freedom. Rest assured sir, my family and I shall not.

Rest in peace my brother in arms.
Sincerely,

Josh Armstrong, Lt Col, Alaska ANG

Remembering An American Hero

Dear Major George Henry Jourdenais, sir

As an American, I would like to thank you for your service and for your sacrifice made on behalf of our wonderful country. The youth of today could gain much by learning of heroes such as yourself, men and women whose courage and heart can never be questioned.

May God allow you to read this, and may He allow me to someday shake your hand when I get to Heaven to personally thank you. May he also allow my father to find you and shake your hand now to say thank you; for America, and for those who love you.

With respect,

Curt Carter

With Respect

My husband wore the bracelet of Capt. Robert William Stanley. In all of our research, the documents we found all mentioned that he was with George Jourdenais when they were last seen. We wanted to pay our respests to Mr. jourdenais as well.
