I was in Co D of the 70th Combat Engineers Battalion. I didnt know the Lieutenant, but was stationed at the Camp in Ban Me Thout South Vietnam that was named for him after he passed away. Never forget.

Dear Lt Paul Jerome, Thank you for your service as a Combat Engineer Unit Commander. I researched you on your 51st anniversary, sad. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. It's the end of summer. The time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.
