In remembrance from a friend of daughter

I never had the honor to have known you or to thank you for your sacrifice but I do know your daughter and you would have been very proud of her. She has grown into a beautiful gracious lady. Again thanks for your sacrifice and for giving us Debbie.

Time

Many years have past, yet inside, that 7 yr old girl still lives and remembers that life shattering day when I found out you weren't coming home. Life has gone on but forever different from what would have been. You are always on my mind and I pray for you daily. I love you, dad.

Missing you

Dad, I wish so much that you were still here and would have been around when I was growing up. I can't even put into words how proud I am of you or how much I've missed you. I thank every military personnel I see, for their service to our country. I have even walked up to perfect strangers just because I see a Vietnam, or other war sticker or plate on their car or something they're wearing, just to talk and say 'thank you'. I have always kept a Marines sticker on my car and dog tags (I had made in your memory)hang from my rearview mirror. You're my hero. So glad I have memories of you. One day, we will be together again. Always in my prayers. I love you so much dad! Princess xoxoxoxoxo

Miss You

Love you Uncle Bob. I have so many great memories, but the one I always think of is when he took me to Ralph's farm and he rode a horse with me on the back, and I clung to him for dear life as he made that horse run so fast. He thought that was so funny.
