For the Family of Capt. Lynn Ragle Huddleston

I wore my POW bracelet with Capt. Lynn Huddleston's name on it from the early 70's for a long time. When I married, I stored it away in my special keepsake jewelry box and just found tonight ( Sept. 2016). I immediately went to the computer to search for him and must say that I was very saddened to discover that he never came home. I hope that whomever is reading this knows that I took his name seriously and prayed for him for a very long time; I am so sorry that he is not here today to read this. Please accept my deepest sympathy in the loss of a true American Hero.

Remembering

I thought I had misplaced my bracelet, but came across it today. We lived in Lubbock when I got it, wore it proudly, God Bless his Soul and his sacrifice for our great country. God Bless you Capt.

Riding for those that can't

In May, 2015 I had the honor of providing escort to see that Capt Lynn R Huddleston's memory carried on and reached the Vietnam Memorial in DC. Though he may no longer be with us his story still lives on and he certainly has not been forgotten.

I will complete the RUN TO THE WALL this May, 2015 and Ride for Capt Lynn R Huddleston again, among others.

For those interested in seeing/hearing more about the RUN TO THE WALL, feel free to check-out www.RFTW.org. I'll be traveling the Central Route but there will be hundreds of other traveling on two separate routes and one may pass near you. If you have the ability to stop at an overpass and hold a flag or stop by a memorial on our route to see additional VETs, they love and appreciate the well wishes.

Remembering

It is Christmas time and I was looking thru my jewelry box for a Christmas pin and there was my bracelet for MIA Capt. Lynn Huddleston. I goggled his name and saw his memorial page. I so much appreciate the sacrifice that he and his family made for this country. It made me cry to think how young he was when he died. I have grandchildren older than her was. May God bless his family and all of those who have loss loved ones.

As a child I told my parents that I wanted to wear a metal wrist band as many did at that time. Mine was Captain Lynn Huddleston. Just wanted to let those who were close to him, that I have never forgotten his name, or his sacrifice. R.I.P Captain. I am now 62 yrs. Old.ki
