Lieutenant Hill was graduate of Stanford University and a came from a wonderful Naval family. His father had a distinguished Naval career and once served as Commander of Moffett Naval Air Station. He was a tribute to the Navy and our country.

Lieutenant Hill was a graduate of Stanford University and came from a fine Naval Family. His father had a distinguished Naval career and was at one point Commanding Officer of Moffett Naval Air Station. Arthur was a good man and friend. He was attribute to the Navy and our country.
