Dear Ssgt Eugene Hendricks,
Thank you for your service with the 6250 Support Squadron. It's Mother's Day Weekend. The war was years ago, but we all need to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in Peace with the angels.

We were pilot training classmates at Moody AFB in Georgia. I was flying the F-100 in Vietnam when Herb was shot down, and he was a gentle giant... God Bless
