Remembering Michael Harris
Specialist Four James Heins, I served with Michael in the Headquarters Detachment, 63rd Signal Battalion, 12th Signal Group, 1st Signal Brigade, United States Army Vietnam. I met Michael upon entering Vietnam and was good friends and in continuous touch with him until his death at Khe Sanh in March 1971. He is sorely missed. RIP Michael.

Thank You
Dear Sp4 Michael Harris,
Thank you for your service as a Cable Splicer. It is Lent, which is a time of preparation. The war was years ago, but we all need to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

Buddy of Mike's in Vietnam
During Operation Lamson 719 we were station outside of La Vang setting up a communication site. Mike was sent to Quang Tri for supplies and it wasn't until I got back to my base, Camp Eagle that I found out Mike was killed. He is always in my thoughts and he is always remembered when I visit the WALL.
