My Love You have traveled with me for 41+ years And will be with me forever! My love for you is as strong for you today as it was the day you walked away from me in hurt and anger. But I was hurt worst the only regret I have and I am still carrying it with me is when I ask you to wait till I was 18 to marry you or at least a few more months. I should have listened to you and maybe we would have had our family and growing old together. Forgive me my Love as I have forgiven you for things that happened after the worst day of my life. I still love you and always will and I still waited for you after you left in hopes that when you came home you still wanted me! You are My Hero and will always be My True Love

My Love I still love you and always will love you, I so miss your smile and all the good times we shared would not trade my time with for anything. You are and always will be my love and my HERO . You left us way to early and you are missed by your family. But I know that my daddy (your big brother) and you are together in heaven having a great time together.

We Nam Brothers pause to give a backward glance, and post this remembrance to you, one of the gentle heroes lost to the War in Vietnam:

Slip off that pack. Set it down by the crooked trail. Drop your steel pot alongside. Shed those magazine-ladened bandoliers away from your sweat-soaked shirt. Hello, my name is Jamie Dennison. I am from Gridley High School, and I just wanted to take time out of my busy and selfish schedule to write and thank you for everything you have done for this country. You probably did not realize that you gave up your time, family, friends, and future to rid yourself of selfishness. By doing so you gave me freedom and you gave me courage. Thank you for not being selfish and for doing what Christ wanted you to do for him. You will always be remembered in my life and the lives of others who come across your name and this remembrance.
