Happy Birthday Uncle Jim

Remembering you especially today on what would have been your 76th birthday. Hard to believe so much time has passed. Thank you for your service to our Country and for watching over your sister and our family over the years. I still remember riding the monorail with you when we went to Busch Gardens.

We love you and miss you and will continue to honor your courage and sacrifice.

We Will Remember

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
We will remember them.

Thank You

Dear Sgt James Hanlon,
Thank you for your service as an Infantryman with the 1st Cavalry. It is now Lent. The war was years ago, but we all need to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

50 years

Jimmy, In a few weeks I'll be attending our 50 year Columbia High School reunion. Where did the time go? You will be missed. It was quite a shock when the news reached us that you were gone. You were a great guy. We had some laughs. I did my time as a medic with the Americal Division 67-68. Got a chance to chat with your mother a few minutes at the dedication of the NJVVM. She's a trooper. Rest in peace my brother and save a cold one for me. Ed
