Forever remembered

I too was a young girl in the early 70's who wore L.C. Robt Hagerman's bracelet with pride. I've no idea today where I got it from, something makes me think I ordered it?? but not sure. Came upon it today after years (40 some) of having it stored away, but on any day I could have said his name without hesitation. Humbled to see his picture now and again think of what he gave for us.

Rembrance of A POW Bracelet

Was going through my jewelry box and found my PO W bracelet for Lieutenant Colonel Robert Hegerman dated 11–6 – 67. I wore this bracelet till it crack in two pieces . But saved the bracelet all these years. I found his picture and information on the Internet but was unable to save his picture to post here
RIP Sir!!!

Thinking of you and your family on Memorial Day

Like others, I wore Col Hagerman's name on my POW bracelet when I was a young girl. I received it at an air show at McGuire Air Force Base during the time my uncle, an Air Force captain and pilot, was serving. Although the bracelet broke long ago, I continue to remember Col Hagerman and visited his name on the Vietnam War Memorial in Washington, DC.

God bless you and your family. Thank you for your service and sacrifice.

POW/MIA bracelet

I also wore a POW/MIA bracelet with Lt. Col. Robert Hagerman, 11/6/67, on it.
I was 9 years old, and wore the bracelet for many years. Now that we have the internet, I am pleased to find this site, and to find info about this soldier and his photo on it. If any of his family check this site, please know that there were young people like me thinking of him every day, and wearing his name proudly on our wrists.

Remember Lt. Col Robert Hagerman

My mother gave my brothers and me POW/MIA bracelets when I was in the 7th grade (1968). I wore the bracelet of Lt. Col. Robert Hagerman 11-6-67 until 1987 when I learned about his body being returned.

He and his family have been in my prayers everyday since I received the bracelet. I still have it on a shelf in my office so that I'm reminded of his and their sacrifice every day. You will remain in my prayers forever.
