Thank You

Dear Sgt Bert Guenther,
Thank you for your service as a Indirect Fire Infantryman. It has been too long, and it's about time for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

Remembrance . . . .

Mt. Lowe Military Academy, Altadena, CA. At too young an age we were trained to be soldiers. You went to Vietnam the same year I did but your soul never came home. I honor your memory and that of another of our classmates, Eddie Borrego, and strive to thank you both for your sacrifice.

Best uncle ever!

I was very young when he died, but my my memories of him are vivid. He was a happy go lucky uncle who loved kids. He was funny and was always elected to pass our parents and loved his self-built V.W. Dune Buggy built from my parents Bug that he bought from them. I miss you Uncle B.J.
