do not stand at my grave and weep

Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there. I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry;
I am not there. I did not die.

YOU ARE NOT FORGOTTEN

CORRECTION:I used to go to school with Gary at Arlington Jr. High on Lonestar Rd.And at Woodland Acres elementary.So we go back a long way.I'll never forget my close friend and the whole family.I served in Vietnam at almost the same time Gary did.And he was only 4 days older than I.I assisted in getting Gary's name added to the Vietnam Veterans Memorial wall In Washington,DC around 1986.I visited Washington and the wall and found out his name was not up there.So I contacted the late Cong. Charles Bennett and thankfully his name was added.But I found out that possibly his middle name is mis spelled.It is Gary,not Gray.I am in contact with Sen. Marco Rubio's office in Jacksonville trying to get it corrected.If a family member can contact The Senators office,please do.We need to get his name spelled correctly on the Wall.I miss Gary and the whole family.You will never be forgotten.Al Dube (229)467-2502 Abbeville,Ga. 31001

Thank You

Dear Sp5 James Griener,
Thank you for your service as a Combat Engineer. It has been too long, and it's about time for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.
