That smile.
Tony Bailey was my neighbor. There was no bad trait I can associate with him. My mom, who wasn't the friendiest person around, always liked Tony. Sometimes I'd walk into lunch and tony would be sitting there. With that smile. It just wasn't fair, Tony.

The uncle I never met
Uncle Tony, thank you for your service and the sacrifice you made. My mom first told me about you when I was young, and I've kept you close ever since. The entire family speaks highly of you. I wish I could have met you. Until Valhalla.
Your great nephew

Update
I did visit DC, and was honored to stand at "The Wall". I found Tony, and took this photo. As close childhood friends, whenever I look at this photo, I feel it shows Tony and I together again. I know there is a discrepancy in which medal he received, but either way... he's a HERO in my book. RIP - Tony.
