Your Angel Day

On this your angel day I humbly give thanks for your service and sacrifice and with honor I leave you this poem . . .

A butterfly lights beside us like a sunbeam
And for a brief moment its glory
and beauty belong to our world
But then it flies again
And though we wish it could have stayed...
We feel lucky to have seen it.

Thank you

I am a student from Gridley High School, Illinois. We are doing a class project by posting rememberances for deceased Vietnam veterans. I want to thank you for the sacrifice you made for your country during the war. Your courage and bravery is an inspiration to many Americans, including myself. May God bless you and your family.
