Thank You for Your Service

My father was your company commander. I hope that he did all he could to protect you. I am sorry for your loss, and am grateful for your sacrifice. God Bless You.

Do Not Stand at my Grave and Weep

Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there; I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow,
I am the sun on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there; I did not die.

As long as you are remembered you will never die...

Remembering

Baggo, stop past and see you and Bobby Diehl ever time I volunteer at the wall, since 84, never wrought you a note. As we get older we reflect, I'm heading out on a bucket list trip to Soldiers Monument in CO. Remembering our fallen.
