Dear PFC Armondo Gomez,
Thank you for your service as a Rifleman. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. It has been too long, and it's about time for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Thank You and Semper Fi

I cannot express enough gratitude to you for being such a significant inspiration for me ever since I was little. Learning about you from grandma, reading your letters home, and thoroughly researching the Siege of Khe Sanh made a huge impact on my life. I became interested in the Marines at a young age and joined as a result. I'm proud to be apart of your legacy. Semper Fi. You will NEVER be forgotten.
