My name is William Moyse. I went to school with Peter but did not learn of his death until I had his nephew, who was named Peter after him, as a student in the college I teach at. I served in Vietnam from 1970 to 1971 with the ARMY Engineers. I will always remember Peter and the sacrifice he made as I will all of those whose names are on the wall.
