THE WALL OF FACES

I am a High School Junior at Gridley IL. I was asked to post a thank you for you. However, I don't think of it as an assignment. It is because of the work of my History teacher, Mr. Sax, that the students at my High School have realized the meaning of devotion and service to America. You showed the most amazing sacrifice. Your life was given. And I thank you. Please, to the family of Richard, he has my respect, and also my admiration. From all the students at Gridley,

My name is Brooke Porzelius from Gridley High School from Gridley, Illinois and my U.S. History class is doing a project where we type postings for the men that gave up their lives in the Vietnam War. Our goal is to have everyone that fought and gave their lives to their country to have a posting for remembrance. And he is one of those men that needs to be recognized and thanked so very much for all he did to serve his country the best way he could. He may not have known it then but he should know now that everyone is grateful for what he did.
