Cousin of Richard Garcia
Richard Garcia (Little Richard as he was known by his family), was my cousin the son of my mother's sister. I was born in 1968 and Richard died in 1969. I never got to meet him even as an infant. I know very little about him and would appreciate it if those who have stories about him could post them to my email. [email protected] thank you for creating this web site as I have already learned things about Richard I didn't know. My aunt gets to emotional when discussing Richard that I can't ask her. Thanks

Thank You
I’ve spent a lot of time reflecting today, Veterans Day and your name crossed my mind. You served with my Dad on the day you made the ultimate sacrifice for our nation. My Dad has shared the story of the day your unit was ambushed. I wonder if it had not been for your brave actions my Dad might not be here today. Thank you for your selfless service and know you won’t be forgotten. God bless you and yours.

Thank You
Dear Ssgt Richard Garcia,
Thank you for your service as an Infantryman. It is Veterans' Day weekend, what better time to honor you. It has been too long, and it's about time for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.
