Thank You
Dear CPO Ronald Galvin,
Thank you for your service as a Chief Aviation Electronics Technician on the U.S.S. KITTY HAWK. You are still MIA. Please come home. It has been too long, and it's about time for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

Bracelet from DC
I randomly chose your bracelet in 1996 on an 8th grade trip to Washington DC. I still remember picking it out. I wore it everyday. I never forgot your name. I am from oak park and drive through river forest almost every day.

Memorial Day
My boss was placing flags in the Bourne cemetery for Memorial Day. He mentioned how shocked he was that he had to place so many flags. It made me think of those who have yet to come home. I shared Chief Galvin's story and showed the bracelet I will never take off. We were both very humbled. Today is in memory of our lost soldiers.
