Never Forgotten
This Marine Corp Birthday & Veterans day also commemorates the 40th anniversary of the Vietnam memorial in Washington DC. It has been a place for families to pay their respects & connect to thier lost soldier. I have been fortunate to connect to your Marine brothers whom were with you when you died. They say they are my uncles now. They loved you as a brother & you are always carried in thier hearts. You have been mentioned in books, about specfic battles, you were called a Hero, a Hell of a Marine. To me, you always have been a hero, even before you joined the Marines & went to Viernam. You are loved & missed. So proud of your service & sacrifice, and knowing how many people you have touched in your short life. My new uncles keep in touch, share their stories & rememberances, so I continue to know you better, my children & grandson whom have never met you, know you, love you and are grateful to you for your service to our country & the help you gave to the Vietnamese people. I honor you every day, in my own way. You will never be forgotten Uncle David. Semper Fi

Thank You
Dear LCPL David Frischmann,
Thank you for your service as a Machine Gunner. It has been too long, and it's about time for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.
