THE WALL OF FACES

I was Roger's Platoon Leader and was wounded on 18 Dec 1969. He was the first person to my side. I can still remember his face while kneeling over me providing aid. I was `dusted off' later stunned hearing of his death while I was at the 25th Evacuation Hospital. I remember him annually on that fateful date and offer a prayer for the repose of his soul. He was a great person and trooper.

May those who served never be forgotten. Rest in peace PFC. Flynn, I salute your brave soul. My heart goes out to you and your family.
