I at long last found your name in the computer and then was lucky enough to go on the Run For The Wall ride from Az to D.C.
I got a rubbing and said alot of things I could not in Nam. I went on R&R at the wrong time. I have always wondered what if I could have been there. I can get myself into a frazzle which I have done in the past. I think of you often John. the case of beer you carried on a 4 day patrol. You always had the right thing at hand no matter what. You guys from Southern Ill. were a hoot. The fun times we all had as a squad. I will always miss you my friend. I would post pictures if I could figure out how. You are always in my thoughts John. Tim Potts @ [email protected]. Would like to hear from family if possible.
