It has been too long, and it's about time for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Hello Uncle Bobby, I am your niece, Shannon. I never met you, but I feel like a I know you, thanks to your sister (My Mom) Carol. You were an amazing artist, I have seen your work that was saved in your trunk. I have touched your uniforms and we have had your metals and pictures hung in our house, my entire life. I know you are happy now to have your sister up there with you. I know she was not afraid to go, (as she saw you before she passed), knowing you were there waiting for her. I love you and thank you for all that you gave.
