Possible father?

Please ... How can I put this while also honoring him? If he is my friends biological father than for her to know this will help her heal. She is adopted and found her biological mother who told her an American man, who was stationed briefly in new found land, named bobby gene farmer , was her biological father. I just found him and his picture. He looks so much like her. He died gallantly and I do not want to cause anguish to anyone by this post, but I think it is important to find out the answer to this question ... Does he live on in my best friend?

Remembering An American Hero

Dear SP4 Bobby Gene Farmer, sir

As an American, I would like to thank you for your service and for your sacrifice made on behalf of our wonderful country. The youth of today could gain much by learning of heroes such as yourself, men and women whose courage and heart can never be questioned.

May God allow you to read this, and may He allow me to someday shake your hand when I get to Heaven to personally thank you. May he also allow my father to find you and shake your hand now to say thank you; for America, and for those who love you.

With respect, and the best salute a civilian can muster for you, Sir

Curt Carter
