My brother, Marty McNamara, and Tom were best of friends. He named his son, Thomas, in memory of him.

I am the niece of Leland Frances Dixon. I want to express my deep appreciation for the sacrifice of Thomas William Edwards who served and died with Leland in Vietnam. And to his family, God bless you and remember John 3:16

Uncle Tommy was the youngest of seven children, he was a courageous, brave, kind, hard working Patriot and much much more. He is missed dearly by his family and all those who had the pleasure of knowing him. His life was cut short. Love you Always, Rest in Peace dear man, son, brother, uncles, friend.

As an American, I would like to thank you for your service and for your sacrifice made on behalf of our wonderful country. The youth of today could gain much by learning of heroes such as yourself, men and women whose courage and heart can never be questioned.
