Thank you

Thank you to all that have posted a remembrance on this site. I am Randall's daughter, born just a little over a month after his death. Though I have had a wonderful and blessed life, I still miss the father I never had the chance to meet. It is very touching see the tributes and memories left here and I am grateful that he is not forgotten.

Remembering An American Hero

Dear 1LT Randall Nave Arney, sir

As an American, I would like to thank you for your service and for your sacrifice made on behalf of our wonderful country. The youth of today could gain much by learning of heroes such as yourself, men and women whose courage and heart can never be questioned.

May God allow you to read this, and may He allow me to someday shake your hand when I get to Heaven to personally thank you. May he also allow my father to find you and shake your hand now to say thank you; for America, and for those who love you.

With respect, Sir

Curt Carter

A Friend From College/ROTC

Didn't know this site was out here. Randy and I were classmates and friends. He is missed. I had the honor of reading Randy's name at the 2013 EWU ROTC Military Ball this year.
