THE WALL OF FACES

Bill was my Boy Scout Tuscarora patrol leader. He was in Troop 691. a Catholic Troop in Lynwood. He was an all American type boy, red hair and freckles. He demonstrated leadership and the Scout Law. I liked him! You did Your Best!

A butterfly lights beside us like a sunbeam
And for a brief moment its glory
and beauty belong to our world
But then it flies again
And though we wish it could have stayed...
We feel lucky to have seen it.

Without people like you our great nation would not exist. Rest in peace ATN3. Duggan, I salute your brave soul.

ATN3 William Duggan, You are remembered. Though I did not know you and was Army in VN, I would later train with a Seasprite crew.

I will never forget that day on the GRIDLEY off the coast of North Vietnam when DUGGAN was killed. He was from Lynwood, California just a short distance from where I grew up.
