Your sacrifice is not forgotten.

I severed with Rod in Nam. We were gunners on the same APC.
I remember vividly being told that Rod died in camp through a tragic accident. He was killed by friendly fire while getting ready to get up on the tower for night guard duty.. Rod was a great guy with a good sense of humor. Rest easy Rod.

Dear Sp4 Rodney Drake,
Thank you for your service as an Infantryman. Today is Flag Day. We remember all you who gave their all. It has been too long, and it's about time for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.
