THE WALL OF FACES

Remember this man! This son! This brother! May he never be forgotten! Rest now!

I am Sally Gartenberg, and I wish to express my gratitude and thanks to all of you who shared your memories and thoughts about my uncle Joe. He died when I was five, so I remember very little about him. Your words bring me to tears, whenever I read them. I wish I had gotten to know him, but through all of you I now realize what a wonderful person he was. So, again I thank you for your memories and answering questions I didn’t know I had.

Dear Captain Joseph Doyle,
Thank you for your service as an Aerial Surveillance Officer. We remember all you who gave their all. It has been too long, and it's about time for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.
