I miss you my brother.

I remember the Christmas before you deployed. You and the buddy you were with in your Dress Greens saluting as mom took the picture. It was the last photo we have of you. We have your letters of course. I have tried to live a life that would honor your memory. Your "Nephew" fought in Iraq and swears that he could feel your presence when he went into combat. I know I will see you when I die and we can catch up.
