THANK YOU

Dear PFC Thomas Delaney,
Thank you for your service as an Indirect Fire Infantryman. It has been too long, and it's about time for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

Best friend

Tom and I were best friends. I was with him the night he died. I was his body essort from Vietnam and honor guard at his funneral. I still remember his laugh and good nature.

Your birthday

Today is your birthday and we're all thinking of you. I have so many happy memories of you taking us kids places in your convertible Corvair; picking me to be on your softball team even though I was so much younger and sucked; showing me wrestling moves. Ahhh...love you always brother!

Gone but never forgotten

Our family thinks of you every day as we pass by your picture. I just had a nice long conversation with another Vietnam Veteran and was telling him what a great guy you were. We are so grateful for our time with you and for your service to our country as well as all of the many others. We love and miss you very much.
