The Uncle I Never Met

Taking a moment- as I try to do every year- to remember the uncle I never met. He died before I was born. Killed in Vietnam. All I have are the stories from grandma and I loved to hear them from her because you can hear how proud she was of you at the same time hearing the hurt she felt losing you at such a young age as well as from your siblings. You sister Lisa my mom has your picture hanging high on her memorial wall for you. We love you and miss you dearly and are so proud of you today and always.
