My Mentor, Friend, & Brother

He was an LC when I joined the Air Force as a LT. I was in Thailand serving when he was in S. Viet Nam. I returned only shortly before he died. He was my inspiration. A lot of my character was formed by his example.

My Beloved Brother

Raymond was an inspiration to me and the whole Anthony family. His ambition, spark, common sense and intelligence were contagious to all who came in contact with him.

Lt Col. Anthony passed away due to a heart attack at age 38 on 8 Mar 72 after having been in-country since 26 Apr 71 based at Nha Trang AB, while serving with the 90th Special Operations Squadron of the 483rd Tactical Airlift Wing, 7th Air Force.
