I never forgot
I proudly wore his bracelet and still have it where I see it every day. I have never forgotten the meaning it had for me. My father, brother-in-law and good friends served and returned. It was always my hope he would also. It becomes very personal after a while and I would like to know more about him and his family.

To a good friend.
Bob Davis was a 1960 graduate of the Air Force Acadamy. He was born in Lumberton, North Carolina and married Irene Davis of Burlington, New Jersey. Bob was a wonderful husband and father to their son Robbie. He was killed flying A-26s out of NKP. He was my best friend while we were stationed together at McGuire Air Force Base in New Jersey. We miss him greatly. Neal H. Emper Jr. Colonel, USAF Retired. Redlands, CA
