Thank You

As a fellow Buckeye, I want to thank you for your faithful service, contribution, and supremist of sacrifices. The freedoms and liberties that we enjoy today, are because of what you had to give. Again, thank you friend. PEACE

A Fine Marine

Ron Davidson, a classmate of mine at OCS and Basic School, was one of the most diversely talented people I ever met. He was a first rate athlete, strongest man in the Platoon, and at the same time, did extraordinarily well in the classroom. A man with a quirky sense of humor, he sometimes marched to his own drum, but that drum never interfered with his pursuit of excellence. He was a great friend, a leader, a compatriot, and, I am sure, was a fine combat officer. I never heard from him after we left The Basic School in May of 1968.His friends would recall his love for gambling, and his penchant for hanging strange names on people:his was 'Plant Life'. Don't ask me why. Phil Reilly; TBS Class 5/68.
