NEVER FORGOTTEN AND ALWAYS MISSED....

My uncle Michael C. D"Arcy, was killed 54 years ago yesterday, May 14, 1966, I was 6 months old. However, I think of him often, probably because I heard so much about him from my father, mother and grandmother as a kid. Thank you Uncle Mike, for your sacrifice, your honor and pride to this great nation. We will be forever proud of your service.

The amazing history

Michael C. D'arcy, I've heard many amazing things about you. My grandma Patricia, your sister, and my Tío Tony, your brother, have told me the amazing history of you and the great times you guys probably had. They told me that you were my tío and they named a school after you in honor of your service. Grandma has been wanting to take my brothers and I there to see the school and learn more about you. I've been wanting to become a photographer, and I've made a promise to myself that the first picture I'm going to be taking is the veteran wall in Washington DC, in honor of you. I shall forever keep that promise. I really wish I would have been able to met you, but you're living peace now. I love you and God Bless.
