We had a ball when we met and became friends in Alabama, met in SF on the way to Nam. Sat next to each other on plane to the Nam. You went to the 8th Cav, I to the 5th Cav. We saw each other once briefly the day before you gave all. I will never forget you, Dave. Salute you, Rest in peace hero.

Thank you for your service as a Medical Corpsman with the 1st Cavalry. Thank you for the lives you saved. You were born on my grandmother's birthday. Say hi to Civ in heaven. Yesterday was St. Patrick's Day. Happy St. Pat's. It is so important for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.
