It has been over 56 years since I saw you last and I still thank of you.Donna somehow brought me in home for the funeral.I left for vietnam shortly after the funeral.I visit your grave every year because you were my hero.

Thank you for your service to our country so long ago sir. As long as you are remembered you will always be with us…..

Thank you for your service as an Infantryman. My dad passed on your anniversary, say hit to him, his name is Sam. It is so important for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

How unfortunate it is that I was never able to meet you. Nevertheless, I'm beyond proud to be your niece. Thank you for your service, Uncle J. You've not been forgotten.
