Thank you and God Bless You, Glenn Andreotta

Glenn - I didn't know you but wish I had. I know your brother David quite well, we were co-workers for years in the 1980's. He spoke of you fondly and, while I didn't know about your role during the My Lai massacre then (Dave did not elaborate much), when I found out later I realized how much of a hero you truly are. You're remembered always for your sacrifices, and I hope our Country comes to realize more and more with each passing year how grateful we need to be for having been blessed with such fine men as yourself. God Bless you and your family this Christmas season.

Remembering An American Hero

Dear SP4 Glenn Urban Andreotta, sir

As an American, I would like to thank you for your service and for your sacrifice made on behalf of our wonderful country. The youth of today could gain much by learning of heroes such as yourself, men and women whose courage and heart can never be questioned.

May God allow you to read this, and may He allow me to someday shake your hand when I get to Heaven to personally thank you. May he also allow my father to find you and shake your hand now to say thank you; for America, and for those who love you.

With respect, and the best salute a civilian can muster for you, Sir

Curt Carter
