Still Miss You Much!
You were my role model. At age 67, I still have such loving, fond, and funny memories of growing up in Cambria Heights and Lake Panamoka. You made all of your family and friends proud throughout your short life. I only wish you had had the opportunity to meet and see your daughter, Kim. As you know, she's the spitting image of you along with your three grandchildren. She's a fine woman with a great husband and family. Thank you for being a wonderful brother despite all of your teasing!!! Love you so!

Remembering An American Hero
Dear 1LT Kenneth Thomas Cummings, sir
As an American, I would like to thank you for your service and for your sacrifice made on behalf of our wonderful country. The youth of today could gain much by learning of heroes such as yourself, men and women whose courage and heart can never be questioned.
May God allow you to read this, and may He allow me to someday shake your hand when I get to Heaven to personally thank you. May he also allow my father to find you and shake your hand now to say thank you; for America, and for those who love you.
With respect, Sir
Curt Carter

Childhood friend
Friends with Kenny as we spent summers at Lake Panamoka on LI. Lots of swimming and sports. Always fun to be around. Visited The Wall for the first time last December with the Wreaths Across America group from Maine.
