Memorial Day

Three days early, but that's okay. I just wanted to say I'm doing my best to make you proud, you and dad. I thought about you a lot while I was overseas, I found strength in your legacy. You're always with me, Semper-Fi.

Remembering you

I was just thinking of you, about how long it's been since I've seen you last. You were like a big brother to me, and now, you are my hero. I miss you.

Thank You

Dear LCPL Kenneth Crysel,
Thank you for your service as a Rifleman. I researched your information on your 50th anniversary, and it is still sad. It is so important for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

Not just on Memorial Day.....

You are thought of on other days as well. We went to the same church growing up and I always looked up to you. Your Mom and I met several times in Giant Eagle and now you are together. Some day we will have a great Reunion!
Thank you, Kenny, for your faithful service to a country you loved. You are not forgotten!
I still remember the Scotty dog pin you gave me at Christmas time... ;)
