Dear PFC Robert Dean Crawford, sir

As an American, I would like to thank you for your service and for your sacrifice made on behalf of our wonderful country. The youth of today could gain much by learning of heroes such as yourself, men and women whose courage and heart can never be questioned.

May God allow you to read this, and may He allow me to someday shake your hand when I get to Heaven to personally thank you. May he also allow my father to find you and shake your hand now to say thank you; for America, and for those who love you.

I am a senior at Gridley High School in Gridley, IL and my Consumer Economics class is posting remembrances for courageous soldiers like you who perished during the Vietnam War. Hi my name is Jamie Dennison and I just wanted to say Thank You. Thank you for submitting yourself to all the pain you went through. You shed your blood for my freedom just like Christ shed his blood for the sake of everyone on Earth. You suffered, Christ suffered. You succeeded, Christ will succeed. You died, Christ died as well. Thank you for being the best you could be. You will always be remembered for the blood you shed for me. Take care and God will bless you, even though you are with him right now.
