Our Brother Our Hero

This is my brother he also has a brother and another sister he never knew his sister may, I was only 6 when he was killed our brother tom was impacted the most by his death because they were close to the same age, I really don't know why I am writing this so many years latter. I guess I just still feel the loss of not having him with us. Him not seeing the family grow, as we all had children, them not being able to meet there uncle. US not being able to share our life with him. THIS IS TO ALL THE HEROS THANK YOU..THANK YOU TO OUR BROTHER THAT I KNOW I WILL SEE AGAIN ONE DAY.

THANK YOU

Dear Cpl James Crandell,
Thank you for your service as a Rifleman. It is Presidents' Weekend, and good time to remember those who serve. It is so important for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

Remembering An American Hero

Dear CPL James Lee Crandell, sir

As an American, I would like to thank you for your service and for your sacrifice made on behalf of our wonderful country. The youth of today could gain much by learning of heroes such as yourself, men and women whose courage and heart can never be questioned.

May God allow you to read this, and may He allow me to someday shake your hand when I get to Heaven to personally thank you. May he also allow my father to find you and shake your hand now to say thank you; for America, and for those who love you.

With respect, and the best salute a civilian can muster for you, Sir

Curt Carter
