My brother Gary

Gary was my youngest brother. I have been looking for information about his time in Vietnam. If any of his friends from that time (especially his friend from Gainesville, Tx) have information, please contact me at [email protected] or [email protected]

Gary was a special person. His humor and love of life are missed.

Vietnam Buddies

Gary was a great friend of mine in Vietnam. We both were medics and were in 5th Battalion 46th Infantry 198th Infantry Brigade. We talked alot and went through Basic training together. He was the shortest medic i have ever seen but had a great sense of humor I will miss him.

Oak Park Academy

He attended Oak Park Academy, a Seventh Day Adventist operated secondary school in Nevada, Iowa. I knew both him and his grandparents. He was married when he went to the war. I have been told he was a medic. I do not know the circumstances of his death. Perhaps someone will know and post a message. He was a nice person. I liked his personality. I was sad when I heard of his death. I have always wanted to go to the wall to find his name. Some day I will. Once in the middle of the night on the television during the early 1980's I heard his name read at a memorial service when they were reading the names of those who had died.
